About

North of Here is an indie pop/rock band from Savannah, GA. From 2003-2006 the group played coffee houses, concert venues, and showcases all over the southeastern United States. North of Here founding members Jeff Sanders, his wife Casey Sanders, and Ben Giddens began writing and recording again in 2009 after a 2-year hiatus in preparation for performing select events again in 2010.

We are fortunate to play with many amazing musicians. Our 2010 tour features Buddy Cantrell on drums, Aaron Anderson on bass, and Jason Cipri on guitar.

Casey will not be traveling with the band this year as she is home with Peyton, Jeff and Casey’s 1 year old daughter. Casey is featured on North of Here’s new EP “The Distance and the Difference” to be released March 2010.

-Opening act for HOPE PARTLOW for the Seafood Festival on Oct. 15, 2005

-Radio play Z102, 97.3 Kiss FM , Q105.3

-Winner of 97. 3 Kiss FM’s Feed Back Battle of the Bands September 5, 2005
